Being the creator of the "Flirty" girl illustrations how could I not create cartoons of us to use on our invites? especially after using them on our Save the Date magnets? Here we are more formal with a full length body pose rather then just from the waist up like on our Save the Date magnets.
Our invitation was not traditional. For starters I let John put his name before mine. He was so excited to be married I was happy to let him go first. We also used the invite to clue in our guests as to how the evening would progress in a relaxed and casual manner. Sure I thought about using traditional wording, but so much of what we were doing was not traditional I figured why start with the invites?
We also included detailed maps to help our guest find their way to the venue more easily. In flirty colors of course!

I have noticed in looking through many bridal sites and blogs that there is not a lot of information for vendors and planners in Augusta, GA. With hopes to put Augusta, on the wedding map I would like to make a note about wedding invitations. BE CREATIVE! Your invitation should reflect the mood and theme of your wedding. A more elegant invitation can elude to a black-tie affair and a natural colored invitation with flowers and scenes of nature may hint that the wedding will be outdoors. Your custom design should fit your personality and clue in your guests as to what to expect. If you live in the Augusta area and have any questions about custom invitations, please give us a call. We can always help!
Thanks, Jonae Media- offering custom design flyers and invitations for your occasion. |
